Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team, formerly Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team in Atlanta, GA.In this role, you will, responsible for developing create graphic materials for presentations as well as various print and digital marketing channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Thinking creatively and develop new concepts and designs for various marketing channels (including, but not limited to document templates, sell sheets, sales and marketing PowerPoints, ads, web banners, infographics, social media, email campaigns, printable collateral, etc.) Preparing design plan, concept and layout with limited visual direction in accordance with corporate brand guidelines Maintaining and following best practices for versioning and quality control by anticipating feedback and proactively suggesting and implementing changes Amending design to internal / manager feedback to gain full approval Establishing schedules and methods to guarantee timely delivery of marketing content Working on multiple projects simultaneously Making edits to content for any obvious spelling and grammar errors Researching and developing new design styles and techniquesQualifications: RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferable; Degree in marketing or advertising considered with previous graphic design experienceThorough knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorInterest in and/or experience in video editing (Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects) and/or photography a plusThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 apps; especially PowerPointMust have working knowledge of print and web standardsA passion for creating stunning visuals that meet brand standardsDetail-oriented and strong organizational and communication skillsPossession of creative flair, versatility, concept/visual ability and originalityAbility to work under pressure and under short deadlines, with strong follow throughHands-on experience designing across marketing channels and adhering to brand style guidelinesAbility to work effectively with high levels of autonomy and ambiguityHighly proficient in all design aspects - understanding of past and current design trendsTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
