We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to drive content design and strategy within product areas across our digital ecosystem. You'll report to the Director of Content Development. You'll operate as an embedded partner within cross-functional teams, shaping experiences across web, mobile, apps and emerging digital surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and combines strong content craft with product thinking, uses research and data to guide decisions, and contributes to scalable content systems in a complex, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Translate research, stakeholder, and journey insights into clear, actionable digital experiences
  • Plan and execute content across the product lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and QA
  • Simplify complex, regulated healthcare information with clear, accessible content across UI, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences
  • Structure content for usability and findability, contributing to information architecture, navigation, and taxonomy
  • Partner cross-functionally with product management, product design, research, engineering, legal and compliance
  • Apply and contribute to guidelines, standards, and tools to ensure consistency and quality
  • Drive optimization using analytics, VOC data, and testing to improve performance

Scope and Impact

  • Own content across features or product areas from discovery through optimization
  • Influence product decisions through content design, research insights, and human-centered design
  • Contribute to content systems, including information architecture, guidelines, and reusable patterns
  • Improve content quality, clarity, and consistency within teams
  • Support continuous improvement through measurement, testing, and iteration

Why This Role Matters

You'll make healthcare experiences clearer, more accessible, and easier to navigate, helping people get the information they need to make confident decisions about their health.

Use Your Skills to Make an Impact

Required Qualifications

  • Experience conducting content audits, research, and developing data-informed content strategies
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, content structures (taxonomies, models), and findability, with familiarity in accessibility and brand/style standards
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
