Job Summary
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile development teams and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team follow Agile/Scrum best practices.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
Help the team follow Agile and Scrum methodologies .
Identify and remove blockers and impediments .
Work closely with the Product Owner and development team .
Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project status.
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Encourage team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Help resolve conflicts and improve team productivity.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master .
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies .
Experience with Jira and Confluence .
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with remote/distributed teams .
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred
CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Experience working with software development/IT teams.
Experience with Agile project management tools.
