Based out of the Bakken Region, the Roustabout II position is responsible for supporting and at times leading crews working on oil well sites. The position is diverse and may vary on a daily basis, but has a focus on well site construction. The Roustabout II works with equipment he is qualified to operate such as backhoe, forklift, skid loader, trucks and trailers, vacuum truck, and so forth. Personnel in the Roustabout II position should have at least 2 years of field experience doing oilfield construction work. They are also expected to be able to mentor other personnel with less experience in best work practices as well as technical aspects of the job. This is not an entry level position.
