Growing San Mateo Real Estate and Construction Law Firm has an immediate position available for a full-time associate. Our firm specializes in construction and real estate matters. We represent contractors, developers, architects, homeowners, and property owners in all aspects of construction, real estate, and civil litigation and transactional matters, in state and federal court throughout California.
Successful candidates will have 0 to 4 years of prior civil litigation experience and business-related litigation experience, excellent writing and organizational skills, have familiarity with discovery, law and motion practice and pre-trial practice; and, be able to take on a broad range of litigated subject matters within our practice areas. Prior experience with construction and related issues is a plus but is not required.
